Totalmente recomendable”

“We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading...

“Great Hotel, excellent service and beautiful installations. I would recommend this place to anyone. World class Hotel.”

“Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting...

“At thrue I liked everythings. The Hotel is in a residential part, só there is not a lot of restaurantes but It is not a problem becáis e half Lili there até a lot.”

“Reception staff miserable and rude upon arrival and unhelpful throughout. Didn't get the room payed for, manager didnt help and just put us to cancellations, terrible. Room wasnt clean, toenails and hair around bedroom, cleaning staff do bare minimum which is surprising as I've always experienced them very good not here, lazy. Location is not near anything so unless staying in hotel dont bother. A tip we found was the bus stops outside, even though not sign, worth using as was only 78p, taxis...
