“Had a great stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with amazing city views, even though it was a bit cloudy while we were there. I had a last-minute request on the day of check-in, and the team was really helpful. Breakfast was great. They had both an à la carte menu and a buffet, plus freshly sliced fruit. “Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music.
