In-room WiFi malfunction - totally unacceptable 5*

Upon my return to my hotel room after dinner outside on the first night, I found that there was serious connection issues with the in-room WiFi. None of my 3 devices worked on the in-room WiFi. The duty manager offered to place a mobile WiFi dongle in my room, to which I replied, "Are you crazy??! I have paid good money to stay at this 5* hotel; even 2-3 star hotels in developing countries have fully functioning strong WiFi signals in their bedrooms." They only offered to change my room upon my prompting, and even then they took such a long time to find me a bedroom that was in the same room-type as mine. Overall after a long hard day in Jakarta it is not a pleasant experience to be arguing and changing hotel rooms past 10pm at night!!!

予定の空いた週末を使ってラウンジアクセス付きでホテルステイしました。チェックインの時間よりやや早めに到着したのですが、部屋の準備がまだの様子でまずラウンジでのアフタヌーンティーを勧められました。 アフタヌーンティータイムのフードメニューはブッフェ式。全体的にサンドウィッチやスコーン、プチケーキなどパサついて味が単調な感じでしたが好みの物もありました。 夕食もラウンジを利用。20:00過ぎに訪れてメインのメニューが21:00前に片付けられて残念な気分でした。スタッフが台の上の料理を回収箱に入れていくのを目にしました。自分用にサラダを取り分けているスタッフもいたようです。夜のホテルラウンジのゆったりした雰囲気を楽しみたかった。 朝食も勿論ラウンジで。フードの種類も多く豚のベーコンやビーフのソーセージはとても美味しかったです。パンを食べる際にバターナイフが無くスタッフさんに声をかけて出してもらう必要がありました。エコの為にバターナイフを使用させてもらえないのでしょうか？エッグステーションのシェフが勉強中の日本語で話しかけてくれました。とても嬉しかったです。 部屋のアメニティでバスローブが無かったこと、スリッパとデンタルキットが一つしかなかった事、プランに含まれているミネラルウォーターが無かったことが残念な点です。事前に予約情報の共有はされないのでしょうか？ 電話でスタッフさんにお願いして持ってきて頂けましたが最初から置いておいて欲しかったです。 ヘルスクラブ（ジム）も利用してみました。タオルやドリンクの用意もしてあって快適に汗を流すことができました。 今度利用する際は一階にあるラウンジよりもレストランで食べてみたいと思います。
