“I booked a two bedroom with a hot tub when I got there, they put me in a one bedroom that wasn’t even close to as nice as the one that I booked. When it was brought to their attention, they completely treated me very unprofessionally and said there was nothing they can do even though I paid way more money for the room than the one that was worth that they gave me. Overall was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.”

“First, I want to say is that if you book at Vin homes for short term stay you might want to book somewhere else. We book here for 5 nights and a few days before our departure was told that they can't accommodate us because they prefer long term stay. We were switch to Lancaster homes instead through Vin homes contact. I felt like I was being dupe because I think Vin homes is a better place. Lancaster wasn't bad but it was a little bit farther out and we had to take a taxi every time we want to...

“お部屋が広かった。床が埃っぽかった。洗面シンクの蛇口が水にするとお湯が出て、お湯にすると水が出て、火傷しそうだった。アプリで支払い済みなのに現地でも請求され払いそうになった。場所を探しました。スミトモ9の表示が建物にはなかったので分かりにくい。 6階でしたが眺望がいまいちでした。次回は7階以上にしてほしい 以上”
