“We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude...

“Muy buen hotel, aunque un poco caro, sobre todo las consumiciones dentro del complejo. Magnifico desayuno y muy buen servicio con mucho personal y buena disponibilidad en cualquier circunstancia. Los baños van requiriendo una actualizacion ya que es un cinco estrellas. Muy buen recinto y buen mantenimiento aunque la playa se queda corta cuando el hotel esta lleno.”
