“When we booked the Hotel it looked very nice in the Pictures of Holtels.com. We had booked a Family room with City views with Teo bathrooms and Teo rooms with city view. But when we arrived we discovered that they didn’t have our room and we’re offered a upgrade to the honey moon suite.
