“Selected Wheatsheaf based on location travelling from Scotland to South Coast. We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. Dinner that evening and breakfast next morning we're excellent. Will definitely be back. Jim and Lorna”

“Surpassed all expectations just about .. My only slight criticism was that the children’s pool access was restricted to 8:30–10:00am, which felt quite limiting. Trying to fit both breakfast and a family swim into that short window and all by 10am made the mornings feel a little rushed. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay and somewhere we would happily return to.”

“Excellent property for family of 6 adults and two children. Could do with a safety gate to keep little ones safe on the stairs but excellent place to stay. A little noisy in first floor bedroom as the window catch was broken so the window did not shut properly but did not dampen our stay ”
