5 star for a reason. Hotel was lovely staff were kind and helpful with anything we needed. When booking the pool they let us know when it was less busy so we did it around that. Would deffo stay again if we go back to Manchester.

Nice room on 14 floor overlooking city compact bathroom but had everything we needed. Kyow gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Staff were all very friendly. Bars were lovely places to enjoy time and staff very warmmand friendly.

Service at breakfast fantastic every single day. Very good hotel gym. Service at reception could be improved and more friendly. Rather than offer free upgrade (VIP perk), offered us an upgrade for cost. Hair dryer full of dust - very dirty and couldn’t use. Room noisy on 9th floor - appeared from windows given temperature delta from sunlight however wasn’t too warm outside, woke us up very early each morning. Fantastic location immediately across from Albert Hall.
