Booked a last minute getaway and picked the Malmaison doe to price and location. Upon arrive we were greeted with a spicy margarita. Check in was really speedy. Room was nice, shower was good, bed was comfortable but slightly on the small side (I’m used to a king size bed) The bar downstairs was great, the bar staff were friendly and worked really hard. Happy hour 5-7 was a great bonus! Location is great, easily walkable to everywhere. Would recommend and would stay here again

I really enjoyed my overnight stay at Malmaison Manchester. Great room overlooking Piccadilly. Lovely big bed. Bathroom good, although temperature control on the shower was tricky to get just right. The breakfast was delicious and set me up for the whole day. Thanks.

The room was clean and comfortable although I think the carpet might be due a shampoo soon. My main beef is the poor level of lighting; how anyone could do their makeup or trim their beard with those light levels remains a mystery to me. Staff were all pretty pleasant in hotel, bar and restaurant. The food is decent enough but hot dishes tend to be a touch overdone. Overall I felt that this hotel is something of a triumph of style over substance, especially given the peak prices charged during a weekend which featured the local Man U/Man C football derby.

The two suites were clean and spacious, especially room 207 was very spacious. The hotel is very funky and colourful. The breakfast was nice but didn’t get the whole full breakfast as items had ran out. We received complimentary drinks at the bar as it was my daughter’s 18th. The only negative thing I would say is the room bar items should be free for guests who are staying in the suites as the rooms are expensive. The only complimentary item was the bottled water.

The service and staff make this hotel a special place to stay. Right in the centre and nearby the railway station if travelling by train. Within easy walking of the main shops, restaurants and bars, would highly recommend.

Great location for Piccadilly station, quick check in, lovely room, bid £5.00 for an upgrade and was successful which gave us a larger room and a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. Lovely large shower and separate bath, toiletries nice. Air con worked great. A very comfortable stay, we would definitely return. Great value too. Ferrero Rocher a nice and welcome touch

Booked the suite and it was stunning. Clean and felt homely. This is one of my fave hotels to stay in and have already booked to go again. Suggestion would be to have soft close toilet seat. Very comfy bed, nice towels. Staff very nice. Nice bar. Great location to station and canal street.
