“Reception Staff and Bar Staff were fantastic but unfortunately staff at breakfast weren’t as good (seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be working) Also my room had a half empty bottle of wine in fridge and when cleaned it seemed that only half was done (they didn’t replace sparkling water that had been drunk and Aldo left fresh towels but didn’t remove used ones”

“Great location in proximity to the Exhibition centre at which I was attending a conference. Walking distance to everything you might need for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was good and a room service meal for dinner was divine. Very well appointed apartment. My only criticism is that the grout between the tiles in the shower could do with a really good scrub. The staff were all lovely and accommodating.”
