Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Kettle leaked boiling water while pouring (burnt my foot). Doona’s were tucked tightly and reached 3/4 of the length of bed. When pulled out to move Doona to cover sleeper bottom sheet pulled out. Literally had to remake the bed. Not impressed that we could only turn TV on through downloading an app. Sorry, but TV should be accessible to people who don’t use Apps!
