“I’ve stayed at the Lodge several times in the past. All of those stays were OK to Wonderful. This time I was a solo with my hands full with my luggage. I was assigned room 4303. I was with a group, so I didn’t want to hold the rest up while I settled in. As I headed for my room, I noted the lack of any staff to help in any way with finding my room. I entered the South Hall and roamed to the end of the hall to find two sets of stairs and a landing on the other side of a door. Surely they didn’t...
