Small things but a few of them - I was upgraded due to a booking issue which was nice, but I was told there was a view, which turned out to be city roofing - quite nice but still, I had booked an ocean view room on purpose. Two knives and a teaspoon to eat with, no microwave. Found a bag of someone else's takeaway rubbish in the wardrobe. That was a new one.
