“Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación . ”

“I stayed for two nights in the lovely Darwin room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries). “My room was absolutely lovely. A very cosy single with a comfy bed, great radio and TV, tea and coffee facilities and a brilliant shower and bathroom. It was all fantastically clean and I was very impressed. Also all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Finally, although I don't eat much at breakfast, the scrambled eggs and tomato was delicious. I wish I could have gone of the Welsh breakfast! ”
