“Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. ”

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Honestly it was a pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn at St Marys, From the moment we arrived till check out the staff were very helpful in any way asked of them. The room was well furnished & maintained. Reception & surrounds were always well staffed, courteous, clean and tidy.
