Always a great stay at the Mountain Heritage. Old school charm maintained and views to die for with a great bar and restaurant on site. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room this time.

The hotel was very quaint with excellent facilities. Our room was a nice size with comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was sufficient but had an older shower. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was charming with great views and the food was excellent. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very nice old fashioned hotel . Very close to scenic world and other national park areas. Everywhere was very clean , very nice big bedroom and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for blue mountains. Be careful if staying as they have no lifts so if you struggle walking up and down stairs ask for ground floor room

We had such a great time in the blue mountains and staying at the mountain heritage was fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, cosy with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The restaurant at the hotel was great. I would highly recommend staying here!

We did have an issue upon check in however this was rectified quickly and the young lady at reception was very help. Situated only a 5 minute easy walk to the centre of town made this accommodation very convenient.

An absolute gem. We only spent a night and would love to have stayed longer. Beautifully kept building and gardens. Our room was seperate from the main building with superb views. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. A delicious breakfast, also catering for my son with allergies. We will definitely be back!

It’s a step back in time with old fashioned charm and I feel like this hotel is overpriced for what you get, and the $8 room service fee is a bit much considering the price of the menu items. Its clean enough, great views.
