“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 1 bedroom i booked was perfect for my 12 day stay with all the amenities I needed. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks to the Quest Penrith staff for making my stay a great one.”

“Price gouging at its best for the weekend of the show Bar staff grumpy Receptionist was disorganized and checkin was painful when it shouldnt have been since all was paid well before the arrival date and all details were provided and it still took an eternity to sort out. Good rooms and breakfast but for what they charge it needs to be”
