Staff were amazing. I was able to check in much earlier than normal, which made a huge difference after a very early international flight. The room was good value for the money. The only issue was the noise - where I was located there was quite a bit of building noise, and once or twice the noise of the emergency vehicles from the street 12 stories below woke me up. This wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me, and I would happily stay here again, but for people this might be a bigger issue (particularly if you are a very light sleeper). The location was excellent - train station was within 5 mins walk, the Westfield Mall with two major supermarket options was about 6 mins away, and 5 mins walk in the other direction is Little India with lots of great food options. There is a gym onsite or a commercial one across the road, as well as a park. I travel a lot for work, and I consider this to be an excellent place to stay. If you appreciate hotel lifts that run well and don't make you wait for ever before becoming available, you'll really love this place!

This property is in a great location for access to events at Homebush Olympic Park and the general Parramatta area. With the train station so close it could even be a good spot to explore other areas

The room was good and beds comfortable. Many places in close proximity for dinner. The one issue I had was reception was left unattended after 10:00pm and there was no vending facilities to buy a bottle of water. Other than overall a good experience!

Check-in and location was excellent, unfortunately our Airconditioning was not working, making for a slightly uncomfortable stay, whilst there is kitchenette our room had no fry pan or cooking utensils. Fry pan requested by reception was rectified very promptly, however the utensil request took over 4 hours - so we made do with a fork to cook some breakfast. No toaster either. The reception facilitated an early-check in and a bottle of wine for our friend's birthday who were staying in another room, what a nice touch!
