“Experiencia un poco desastrosa. El ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso. Al llegar, el colchón olía a pis. Pedimos cambio de habitación, pero no había, así que nos pusieron un cubre colchón...pero la sensación de dormir en una cama sucia no nos la quitaron. Lo único positivo, el pequeño desayuno gratis que ofrecen en recepción. No repeteria este hotel, ni lo recomendaría...”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. We went to a concert at SPAC and were able to walk there and back-so easy! The hotel provided a shuttle to anywhere you wanted to go, downtown or the track. We did both and they pick you up where ever you are, you do not have to go to a meeting place. Downtown had great shopping!! How convenient is that? We had the breakfast buffet-plenty to chose from and everything was delicious. We wanted to eat lunch at 2p and the restaurant was closed but they made...

“Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion”
