Staff was exceptional upon arrival. They were upfront about the lack of working AC and provided accommodations (a powerful fan). I just wish we were notified before hand. Other than that, service was great, property clean with easy Parking and a limited breakfast was available but good nonetheless. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Parking was easy and free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was a faint musty odor from the air conditioning unit, but that is common in hotels in the summer.

Basic hotel. Could use some touches of paint. Overall room was clean, check in was easy. AC worked great during heatwave, shower pressure was good & water got really hot. Plenty of parking on site. Across from University of Albany & food spots are within walking distance or 10 min car ride. Stayed for 3 nights, felt safe as a solo female traveler. Would book again.

The motel was basic. I told the man at the desk I was concerned about staying after the reviews online and that I tried to cancel my room. The man assured me the rooms were clean. He was correct the room was clean. It was just a place to sleep. I require 2 things a clean room and a comfortable bed and I forgot a good air conditioner. All three check check check.

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available but limited. Not an issue for us. Perfect location near the highway between Niagara and Boston to break up a long drive. We were in the “rear” building. My only suggestion would be to ask for a first floor room if you have kids and an upper room if you don’t want to hear kids running around above. Floors relay kids running around very well. Great hotel though. Would use again. Very reasonably priced.

From the front desk, where the manager was very pleasant and suggested a good parking space where I have difficulties walking. The room was clean, all the basics, everything you would need. Enjoyed a long, hot shower. All the linens I needed as well very clean. Also, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, cozy just right I would go back if I’m ever in this area again. This brand in the future.

The room was clean and the location was great because my family and I were there for one night to visit the college the next day. The wifi was terrible that's why I said it was okay. The channels weren't good either. As I said it was only for one night and the price was good.
