A fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night due to a technical glitch…… I felt the staff handle things in a very professional, courteous and understanding manner even though many patrons were inappropriately blaming them for the problem Overall, everyone affiliated with the hotel provided excellent service especially the restaurant and bar staff who went above and beyond lend beyond providing patrons with extra service We look forward to our next stay at the Double Tree !

Convenient location just off the Interstate and although not the nicest area to stay, overall the stay was good. We had dinner in the Bistro and it was very good and the server was very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable but the Washroom had an unclean odour. Was very disappointed to find that the sheets very worn and pilly This I would not expect from a Hilton Hotel, or any other Hotel for that matter. Would not stay in this location or area again.
