“Un poco complicado encontrar la entrada, pero por lo demás muy bien. Nuevo y cerca de la catedral.”

“Es el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos quedado hasta ahora. Muy cómodo y el personal muy amable. Las instalaciones excelentes si lo que quieres es relajarte. Piscina, sauna, hidromasaje, spa, bar, restaurante, etc.. todo muy confortable. Muchas gracias 😀”

“Fabulous hotel in a beautiful setting and grounds. A little on the pricey side but worth it to mark or celebrate a special occasion. A good base from which to go out exploring, or to take in a round of golf right there on the doorstep. Would recommend and indeed return.”

“Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok.”

“Beautiful place and very nice staff when having dinner.”

“The worst experience at reception I have ever had, I’m a world traveler and I have seen everything but never such a disrespectful treatment at check in I ever had, this hotel never again ”

“It was a lovely place to stay. Staff, rooms and food so nice would love to stay there again”

“A very good multiple choices of breakfast, follow staff's instructions, we got free parking near side for three days. Like most hotel in Wales this hotel also act like restauranter, pub, and hotel. The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE.”

“Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc . Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient. The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors . Bathroom was small as was the shower but that’s to...

“Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.”

“Nice room and big but dated bathroom. Great breakfast. Enjoyed our short stay.”

“Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...

“En general bien pero tuve el problema que de la regadera no salía el agua caliente! Solo de la tina así que imagínense el relajo para bañarse, el hotel limpio y lindo junto a un río aunque algo alejado de la zona de más interés. Tienes que tomar taxi a fuerza. El desayuno es lo mejor, delicioso y preparado por una señora lindisima y que cocina delicioso”

“Pros: Convenience Large Room No street noise Good made to order hot breakfast included in price Cons: Rooms definitely need some TLC Can hear occupants upstairs talk and just walking across the floor so suggest ask for an upstairs room”

“All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.”

“Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room”

“Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again.”

“It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...
