“Stayed on site for a wedding. The wedding suites were good and well maintained. The actual accommodation was not great. Very basic rooms and lack of air con was a serious deficiency. When we are experiencing hot weather (as now), the one electric fan provided in a family room is not really sufficient. Breakfast was okay but very crowded in the area. Teas and coffees only available on a machine. One of the two wasn’t working so large queues formed at the one machine that was working. Not a great...

“It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!”

“It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. “Rooms hot without air conditioning. Television in room not working which i tried to report to reception but there was no answer. Very rude staff member on reception who glared at me when I returned my key card as they were on the phone and rudely ignored my "Thankyou". Not a nice stay and I won't be going back”
