What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. “Over priced and the quality doesn’t match the price. Our room was in need of an upgrade, it was noisy from the road traffic and the bathroom door was rotting from damp. There was damp around the shower. The bed was only marginally more comfortable than the pavement. They even tried to charge us for a breakfast we didn’t order. This was supposed to be a luxury treat, complete failure.”
