“I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”

“Parking was on the street. We stayed during a busy weekend so parking was bit hard to find but only 5min walk away. It cost £5 for the weekend. Hotel it great location with a. 10min walk into town or 10minute walk to beach. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide extras for our stay. “The bedroom & en suite were very tastefully decorated, with the decor exactly to our taste! The Bella Rose coffee shop was used throughout our stay & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. The 15% discount was used each time we ate there which was a bonus as thought it might be a one-off. Peasholm Park on the doorstep was a huge plus too!
