“Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. ”

“Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! “This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning. Thanks For All You Do”
