Perfect location. The room was clean and well kept. Self checkin was easy. If you’re looking for an affordable room that clean and safe then this is your place. Suggestion: create a smoking area away from the other room entrances.

It was easy access to get to everything close by. The rooms were very quiet and had ac. The room seemed clean, but we did have bugs in our room. I think it was because of the ac unit. The staff was very friendly. And we like the fact that it had a pool. My only complaint is the pool could have been a little cleaner.

My wife and I went up there for our anniversary and everything was fine we had zero problems swam in a pool hung out at the beach and walked up and down the strip and enjoyed ourselves everybody there on the staff was very friendly

Staff was very nice. Easy to get ahold of on the phone but not present onsite as much which was fine for what I needed. Walking distance to the strip with a lot of food/bar options. Can see water from property. Would stay there again.

The motel was close to the strip without actually being on the strip so made it somewhat quieter there biggest drawback was there was no microwave oven in the room which made it kind of inconvenient. The pool was nice. Not real big but good enough.

Our room was reasonably priced. Loved that this motel only has 17 rooms. Room was clean. We had a coffee maker and small fridge. Bed was comfortable and king size. Couldn't hear the neighbors or the road noise. Pool was large and clean with many loungers and chairs and tables. Bathroom by the pool was useful. Easy to book and the manager was friendly and efficient and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The palm trees were adorable and not something that you normally see in Ohio. A nice park right down the street for watching the sunset. I was so glad that The Palms wasn't 🌴right on the strip. I would highly recommend this motel. It's not the Hilton but we love motels that aren't chain motels.

There really wasn't much to like about this hotel. It is quite literally a Motel. Which can be cool. However, the room was very dirty bugs new and old all over the room, dust webs, dirty floor, and bathroom. The door and locks were not easy to work and needed replaced. There is also limited parking. In totality the Palms is in a place where they can charge $200 for a room that should be $75 due to the area and season. The owners must know this because the rooms reflect it. Will not go back!

For a motel it was pretty clean. Just noticed a few things like corners and the baseboards, but overall it was good. The shower was very powerful! Beds were also pretty comfortable. I wish they had small microwaves and an ice machine somewhere on the property, but they did not. Couldn't warm up leftovers. The pool was very nice and we did take advantage of that since we were kind of stuck there because our car broke down on our way there. It was very close to the Strip so we could walk to most places. One last thing I didn't like was our door was difficult to close. You had to really slam it in order for it to lock. This was for the 2nd room. The first room we had it was fine. We had to stay an additional night because of our car, so they switched us to a room that someone had left early. I know it was the 4th of July weekend, but I definitely didn't appreciate that they charged us over $100 more for the 2nd night, but what could we do. Everything was booked. I would probably stay there again if nothing else was available.

This is an old school hotel which has been updated. They take a lot of care in cleaning. Small rooms and a nice, CLEAN pool. Pool and rooms are on the smaller side but we basically just slept there. Would stay here again

Great location. Thats the best part of the stay

The location was great. The sign said to leave the water run 3to 5 minutes so the hot water could make it to your room. There was so much humidity in the room the your clothes always felt damp.

It was clean and right on the strip. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was strong. We could walk to everything on the strip. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didnt like was that, you could hear the next room's tv or snoring etc.
