“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Pros- The rooms were fine- small kitchenette, comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure was good, very clean and couldn’t hear noise in corridor. Staff- friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The Mecure is attached to Bankstown Sports Club. You have the choice of 10 excellent restaurants and cafes. Staff were excellent. Facilities were spotless. Parking- onsite and free. Cons- We started in room 801 which is next to the elevators. You could hear them going up and down...

“Everything was great, except the temperature of the hotel! it was in the mid to high 30s. Even with the aircon on full and set to 18, the room was too hot to sleep in. This was particularly bad as i was attending an event that required a good nights rest! Hotels should focus on sleep and rest quality, the temperature was far to high. It was also confirmed by other guests at the time.”

“El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. ”
