“El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia”

“No hot water. Also, they advertise free shuttle to the airport. When I came down before 7:00 a.m to catch the shuttle, they tried charging me. They would not help me to get a shuttle, and in fact, they put another group in the shuttle before me when I had been waiting. I found the place kind of dirty. It needs some new carpeting and some clean looking towels. This may be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.”

“Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in”
