“Con el único inconveniente que estábamos apretados porque éramos tres , lo demás todo excelente , aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento hay uno a un lado , caro pero el hotel te consigue un descuento . Esta muy céntrico. Limpio, si. Muy amables y bien el desayuno , me encanta que la saluda es a las 12 . ”

“The room Smelt of damp especially when u were facing the bathroom from the bed. No extraction and the towel rail just screamed not safe Hot and cold taps the wrong way round Staff was lovely Amazingly quiet The money vouchers were good but a top up card would have been great where u didn’t have to pay a full £10 at each vendor especially where u have a family who wants different places for food Get what u pay for”

“Stayed at the Bells hotel for business trip. Lovely place and views. Walking distance to village of Coleford. Nice clubhouse where you could get drink food and drinks. Nice little gym in hotel but had to pay £5 a day per person . Would stay again , nice and clean although bathroom was a bit rough and no air conditioning in room.”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”
