Kind and hepful staff made such a difference. My room was small but had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. This is a great place from which to explore Bristol as the bus stops right opposite the hotel. Clifton Village is a short walk away across Victoria Square and has some great shops, restaurants and cafes etc plus it's just a short walk to the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Lovely traditional hotel in a great location. We would say that anyone with mobility issues may struggle with the flights of stairs in this heritage building. Rooms were spacious with nice views and bathroom was very nice.
