What a pleasant experience, that I was not expecting from a budget hotel chain. I wanted a stop over and found the hotel to be excellent value, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for a very affordable price. The room was adequate for my needs, basic but still very well structured with coffee/tea amenities, small shower area and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, with several options available, a good coffee choice. Can't complain for £70 mid week, well done Ibis and its pleasant employees.

A great stay. Some super helpful / nice staff and some just average. Had a fantastic room - spacious etc. Bit noisy for most of the day night-due to proximity of the station and some construction/building/scaffolding work right on the door step in all directions..which can't really be helped. Would def stay again however :)

I stayed here earlier this year and then again this month. Super convenient location, a short walk from the train station and to the city centre. The staff is awesome and the food is great. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in Bristol next.

Room size was ok, but really basic, no safe in the room. Bathroom was a poor lit pod. No fan. Air is not AC, just a cooling system that leaked in the middle of the night so water drops will keep you wake. Good location close to station, friendly staff, but would not stay here again.
