It should not come up in a search for accommodation close to Brisbane airport - it is in a noisy industrial area over the river. $60 taxi fare return, cheaper to stay at airport hotel which would have been quieter. “Expedia and the hotels needs to make late check in a more simple experience. If it gets to reception close time, that's when you text guests the lock box code and details for access. Instead of a phone call from USA Expedia in the morning asking when is your arrival, then having to call after hours reception for your lock box code. It's not difficult.. just make it simple.”

“Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location and parking can’t be faulted. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable”

“The room was clean but very dated. The sink tap did not have any hot water. This was reported to the cleaner. There was rust in the bathroom. Only a shower curtain. Fridge was on top of the bench and could easily fall. The sheets were white but had a stain on them. The door was very hard to lock. We were close to where we needed to attend an event. Close to the accommodation was Jeans Thai which was thoroughly delicious”

“Then last 2 times I have stayed there, its been an issue checking out at 11, or we felt unwelcome and like we were an issue. Also both times they have unlocked and tried to come in at 930am.”
