Overall a pleasant stay at the Tower. Close to city centre. Toom was clean though smaller than I thought it would be but did the job. The great part of the stay was the affiliated pub next door. Staff were nice. I had 2 meals there and was pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the food. The patrons were hotel guests and staff from local businesses good atmosphere. Also 10% fisc off food for hotel guests.

I chose to stay at the hotel because it was close to Roma street station. It turned out that it was in a great location, close enough to the CBD that it is easy to access on foot but far enough away to be removed from the city. After the first night I flagged with reception that the exhaust fan didn't seem to work properly in the bathroom, it appeared that there was some effort made to fix it but I didn't notice a difference. The housekeeping seemed to be inconsistent but it's acceptable when considering the price. As other reviews have indicated it was renovated a couple of years ago which has led to a comfortable room with modern amenities. There is a nice restaurant downstairs offering affordable meals. All in all the hotel is a good option and provides adequate amenities for the price that is charged.

The overall cleanliness , loved the two tvs and amenities, customer service was excellent. However, just a couple of things needed to be looked at, the broken window near the queen bed not safe, the mirrors were not cleaned and the shower screens and walls had mould. Other than that, very happy with the accommodation and service. Thank you!
