“Wonderfully quiet and access to the Venice grand mall was a bonus”

“Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.”

“Me la gustó la ubicación del hotel, ya que te permite explorar muchas opciones de buenos restaurantes y cafés. El staff del hotel es muy agradable y servicial.”

“Habitaciones estrechas y sin guarda ropa”

“Staffs are good.”

“The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests.”

“Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. ”

“No good.”

“Relaxing”

“has a”

“Friendly staff and very accommodating”

“worst of all the worst. microwave is not working, elevator always full. wifi is not working. it took 20-30 mins for me to go downstairs. they did only offer me to transfer on a different room 2 days before my checkout. WORST INCOMPETENT TYPE OF BNB. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MY FACEBOOK POST”
