We had a great stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was very convenient, with malls, restaurants, and other places to eat and shop just a short distance away. This was a really nice building and the room was good. There’s a ton of amenities but our key card didn’t work so we had to ask someone to let us in any time we wanted to use pool or gym. Everyone was friendly and it’s in a safe area.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The room is very clean and smelled fresh and clean, too. Sheets and towels were 5-star in quality. It's equipped with new bath robes and spa slippers. I would have given 5 stars but held one due to a water heater issue. Shower is inconsistent with water heating. It doesn't stay heated, hence changes to cold in the middle of showering. A few clothes hangers would be helpful in hanging our formal clothes. There aren't any.

Jennifer was an outstanding host , quick to respond and even helped track down an item I'd left behind in the closet. The condo itself was spotless, the beddings and bed is so comfortable and smells fresh.. I loved the stunning view of Venice canal that made the stay even better. It has a quick access to the Venice Mall. Check-in was seamless, and Jobert was wonderfully patient throughout the process. He was nice enough to return an item I forgot in the closet. Highly recommend this place.

Best part is property location. We had an event to attend at nearby Enderun Event spaces and it’s about a 5 min walking distance to the place. It’s also connected to Venice Mall in McKinley so many shop and eating options. It’s a condo studio space rented as short term rental. It’s clean enough with balcony view overlooking Venice Canal mall area. Amenities were basic. Furniture was basic as well. Not really luxe. Property mgmt were nice enough and communicate through WhatsApp or Viber if you need more direct comm.

Facilities are worn down in need of renovation, drywall paint peeling, parking levels dark, unit in need of renovation and or a good refresh. Location of tower out of the way of shops, restaurants , main entry is backside of property. Not easy to access other sections of main dining ateas. Price may have been reasonable, like they say, youmpay for what you get. Imo, pov, i wouldnt stay there again.
