I teally enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast menu. While the selection was adequate, the food preparation felt very basic and ordinary. Adding more variety and improving the overall quality and presentation of the breakfast would make the stay even better.

Had a room upgrade and that was nice! Staff were helpful, honest and are ready to help you always with a smile. Amenities were on point, coffee and bathroom amenities. I just wasn’t too into the scent of the body wash, had to get my own. Bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Environment and ambience was awesome, just what I like. Would stay with them again when I visit the Philippines.

Great hotel in the heart of Alabang. There are great restaurants within the hotel - Shogun & The Nest. The Nest is a fantastic restaurantwith stunning views of Laguna. The rooms are nice and spacious.
