“The stay was okay. While the staff were very kind and helpful, the hotel location and rooms were mediocre. Location is near industrial and highway area, and so it’s not a convenient location for most people. We also had an issue”

“Very convenient located close to the airport and other services. Staff were friendly and accommodating even when I was unable to check out on time. Shuttle service to and from Edmonton Airport. Good buffet style breakfast self service. Room was clean and quiet for the most part. Noise was not hotel's product but customers talking loudly just outside the room with clearly no thought to other peoples staying at the hotel.”

“The new towels and the bath tub had some previous guests hair in it (or the cleaning team). It had splash on the walls from Listerine as well as the mirror. The hotel is old and outdated but you get what you pay for. Breakfast not included but for 13cad it is very cheap. But the staff was great! Parking included helps a lot too. I would suggest to really check on the cleaning status of the room.”
