“The only cleaning issue I noticed was floors not mopped. Master shower valve needs to be replaced. Biggest issue was wrist bands required to access beach and pool. Prior residents to the bands and southern vacation rentals could not get new ones for 6 days but did not have a resolution for me except to offer a $115 refund for no access to beach for a waterfront beach condo. This is not okay. As description of coffee pots. I brought k cups but needed coffee grounds.”

“Property management was not available. There was no communication as to how to check in. It took hours to get through to someone to get the door code. Then there were bathroom plumbing issues, broken shower doors and broken tub drains. I do not think this was a good value for my money and I wouldn't stay here again. I still never received an email from property management, but they have emailed me confirmation of two other peoples stays since I've checked out.”

“If you want to stay cool in the summer, DO NOT stay here! Had to get the a/c company to come out on our first night there. They informed us that most of the air vents were "capped off in the attic". The temperature in the place never got under 70 degrees. The master bedroom had ZERO a/c!”

“Summerwinds (the property) is great and I plan to return. The mattresses are soft, I hope the owners upgrade them. Slept on the king and tested the lower bunk out of curiosity. “our first time visiting the beach. This was a great location. quiet neighborhood. really enjoyed this section of the beach, and Tranquility was a five minute walk or two minute drive to the public beach access. Super comfy and plenty of room for our family of 4. good WiFi. could’ve used an extra blanket i guess. it became an even better place to relax when we found out our place back home suffered some damage from a tornado. would definitely recommend it.”

“The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent.
