“It’s always a pleasure staying here. This was our second time and we enjoyed it. The cleanliness the friendliness and the environment is perfect for us and don’t forget to try the Elm cafe the food is delicious. We will definitely come back again.”

“We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.”

“i love the fact that the rooms were clean and quiet spacious, this hotel was really helpful as i was allowed to check in ealier than the check-in time, the staff were very friendly and resourceful.”

“El desayuno es pobre y el servicio excesivamente lento. Es preferible desayunar en la cafetería que se encuentra al lado del hotel. Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, sin ruidos ni molestias. Dispone de aire acondicionado. Nada a destacar; pero pueden mejorar en todo.”

“The location of the property was okay. It is located in a very nice and calm environment. The room was clean but needs some maintenance, especially the room where I stayed. The bathrooms were clean. Generally, the hotel was okay for my short stay.”

“I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”
