“El Shuttle del hotel vino con retraso. No había plazas suficientes para todos, 30 minutos de espera. El checking también fue muy largo, 40 minutos. Para colmo, la habitación que me dan, necesitaba una buena reforma y huele a tubería y humedad. Lo mejor el desayuno.”

“Buena experiencia, aunque mejorable. El establecimiento solo nos dio 1 toalla, y éramos 2; el DSTV no estaba conectado, y había escasa vajilla (solo una taza, pocos platos,…). En el baño no había jabón ni útiles de aseo. ”

“It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.”
