“It does what it needs to - bed for the night. If you want hotel standard then this isn’t for you. It was reasonably priced and was simple. Parking was a bit of a pain but lucky that there weren’t many guests. Walls are thin and lots of stomping. Our room had no windows and a patio door that we struggled to close and can be accessed from other rooms so not the most secure.”

“A great location to visit Falmouth town, close to Falmouth Town station. Very smart room, comfortable bed, friendly and professional staff and a tasty cooked breakfast.”

“Disgusting from the minute we arrived to the half an hour after we left, the staircase and carpets were filthy and the room was far from deluxe. Never again.”

“Views were great. Room 1 shower - water temperature impossible to regulate and fluctuated from very cold to scalding! Reported to front desk”
