“Desde el 4 al 7 de enero tuvimos 6 problemas serios. El ascensor no funcionaba y nos dijeron que lo arreglarìan al dìa siguientes. Una de las huesped con problemas de movilidad . Averiguamos y habìa dejado de funcionar el 31 de diciembre y la compañìa estaba de vacaciones. No nos despertaron en ningùno de los dìas pedidos y tuvimos serios problemas por eso. Se olvidaron de llamarnos y uno de los dìas no funcionaba el telèfono. El dìa 6 de enero entramos a la habitaciòn y no funcionaba la luz con...
