“We paid for the breakfast it was not free as this review might suggest. Well worth the money, the whole place was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant/hotel/ wildlife park were polite, helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was smallish but so very clean and bathroom was lovely and again very clean, plenty of tea coffee etc in rooms. I loved every minute of my stay. ”

“Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, habitación cómoda y de buen tamaño. La cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño con todo lo necesario y ducha grande con buena presión de agua. La habitación era bastante calurosa y sin aire acondicionado (información disponible al momento de reservar) pero si pides ventilador te lo llevan a la habitación y ayuda bastante. ”

“Es un buen hotel para pasar unas 3 o 4 noches. Está en el centro de Sheffield, su ubicación es inmejorable. El servicio es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo posible. Recepción 24h. La habitación es muy pequeña, no hay casi espacio para las maletas y tampoco hay casi espacio para dejar ropa u otras cosas; es perfecto si vas solo a dormir allí. La única pega es que la ventana de la habitación no se abre; no digo que estuviera rota ni nada por el estilo, digo que no hay opción de abrir la ventana....

“La gente de recepción muy amable y el centro a 15 minutos andando en general bien lo que no me gustó es que no nos hicieron la habitación e 3 noches que estuvimos alojados, me sorprendió es el único hotel en el que he estado que no hacen la habitación todos los días.”
