“Basic stay/room, don’t expect too much. It’s ok.”

“Booked Deluxe Room but Checked into Standard Room with only Double bed, not Queen bed.”

“Bathroom sink clogged. Couch cover torn all over. Chair covers and underneath torn and hanging. House smelling like mould and moisture upon entry. Dried leaves and dust falling off of the extra blanket in the cupboard.”

“Good location and easy access. The room was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were in good condition. The only disappointment was that there was no housekeeping during the stay. The purpose of staying at a hotel or motel is not only having a place to sleep, but also receiving services such as making the bed, emptying the rubbish bins, changing towels, and keeping everything in order. Unfortunately, more and more hotels are no longer providing these services.”
