“You get what you pay for. The bathroom in the room I got was literally unreal in the worst way. The sheets were dirty. The room was unkept. It literally felt like touching anything in the room would get me dirty. I slept on top of the sheets because that felt like the safer option. Literally the worse room I’ve ever stayed in in my life.”

“very difficult to get deposit back. Very unprofessional. Checked out already three days ago still no curtesy to update on deposit transfer. ”

“Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help”

“The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

“Wonderful reception from the staff from door to counter to fnb 👍 Hospitality shown by offering guests the free outdoor Saturday bbq dinner++. Breakfast was simply delicious 😋 Special shoutout to Nathania who accommodated our requests ever so professionally with a great warm smile.”

“1)No mirror in the room except on the toilet 2)toilet amenities not enough 3)poor flow of water towards the drainage resulting slippery floor & “ stagnant “ water 4)ordered items arrived much earlier but reception staff failed to inform us, resulted in us wasting time waited anxiously & thought supplier “ scam” us .”

“Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.”
