“We generally had a good experience but the lack of parking spaces got things off to a bad start. We had to park 10 minutes away as the hotel car park was full due to a wedding taking place at the hotel. I would have liked to have been informed of the parking issues/wedding ahead of time so I could have considered alternative accomodation.”

“The corridor carpet outside our rooms stank of stale beer, mould and algae. I think due to a steam clean which has gone very wrong. Made our stay very, very unpleasant. I had had an enjoyable stay here some years back and remembered how crisp and clean it was but now this premier inn feels seriously tired and grimy. Some simple issues I needed with room changes seemed so difficult for the staff, and although they all were very willing to try to help it was extremely lengthy and needed 2 attempts...

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, estación del tren, mall, cine. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. ”

“A food pub, with rooms. Food and drink excellent, first class staff and service, from the bar and reception. Rooms had a large double bed and a desk, in the older style. Bathroom recently refurbished, with a first class shower. More than happy and would stay again. Plenty of parking.”
