“Balcony was unusable. Unstable plastic tall barstools which were useless and very uncommon. With armchairs dragged out of the room you couldn’t see over the tall concrete balcony at all. Paid extra for a room with a view!! Management were rude and snobby. Not willing to help at all. We were shown two other rooms of the same type exactly but refurbished at least. “Lovely staff, good location to explore the area by car, however pretty tired in need of new bathrooms, and flooring in corridoors and breakfast dining room need updating, pool was heated but not enough and also in need of regrouting around all the edge coping stones. In room kettles need descaling and tvs are really small from lile the 90s, breakfast was really good with a nice simple selection and everything cooked fresh. In summary, clean and good value but in need of a light refurb.”
