“Internet and TV did not work in our rooms (room 25 and 27) for 6 out of 7 days we stayed at the property. Only the first day did it work. In the common areas, we could access wifi, but in our rooms the TV and internet did not work. We informed the property and reminded them each day during the week (monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) multiple times per day. “The hotel is going through a transitional period. Old vs New, I'd say. Some parts of the hotel are tired and would benefit from a deep clean while in the central areas the hotel has modernised and freshened up. The beds, linen all main facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and service good.”
