“Excelente hotel”

“Great hotel, just dont leave your room key in your room when you use the elevator on the right. Husband and kids went into the elevator on the right, didn't have their room key, the elevator would not go up or down and the doors wouldn't open! Had to wait for another guest to call for the elevator to come to their floor to get out. Low phone reception in the elevator too.”
